Work Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: End-to-end lateral hiring (Creative and Technical Roles). Sourcing: Creating a talent pipeline and employing various sourcing strategies. Stakeholder Management: Establishing strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their requirements, align on job specifications, and continuously improve the recruitment process based on feedback.
