Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Screening Assist in sourcing potential candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), employee referrals, and internal databases. Perform initial screening of resumes based on job requirements. Conduct telephonic or virtual pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability. 2. Interview Coordination Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with panel members. Send interview reminders and follow up on feedback post-interview. Maintain the interview tracker with up-to-date status. 3. Candidate Experience Communicate with candidates professionally via email and phone. Ensure timely updates and smooth coordination throughout the hiring process. Participate in organizing hiring drives or campus recruitments (if applicable).
