10xConstruction.ai is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our rapid growth by sourcing top-tier talent across multiple functions. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Co-Founders and leadership team to shape our recruitment strategy and help build a world-class team in Robotics and AI. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment: Identify, engage, and screen prospective candidates through creative sourcing strategies, online platforms, and networking events. Pipeline Management: Track and manage candidates efficiently through the hiring funnel, ensuring a positive and seamless candidate experience. University & Community Outreach: Help plan campus recruitment and community events to attract emerging talent in AI, robotics, and construction. Process Improvement: Assist in refining our hiring processes, from job postings to interview frameworks, to maintain a high standard of efficiency and candidate experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams (Engineering, Operations, Product) to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. Requirements Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields. Interest in Tech & Innovation: Passion for technology, AI, robotics, or construction tech is a plus. Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to balance multiple open roles and recruitment tasks simultaneously. Adaptability & Initiative: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
