Job Title: HR Intern Talent Acquisition (Unpaid Internship) Location: Noida (On-site) Duration: 2 Months Stipend: 5000/m Department: Talent Acquisition Industry: Learning & Development Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and driven HR Interns to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for individuals who want hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment , talent sourcing, and candidate engagement within a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.) Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per job requirements Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database Draft job descriptions and post openings on various platforms Support employer branding initiatives and campus outreach activities Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation Who Can Apply: Recent graduates or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of hiring processes and sourcing tools Proficient in MS Excel and Word Available for 2 months, willing to work from our Noida office Immediate joiners preferred
