Job Description

Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end bulk hiring for frontline retail roles (e.g., Store Managers, Sales Associates, Cashiers). Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins. Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules. Maintain and update the recruitment tracker , dashboards, and reports. Assist in organizing recruitment drives , campus hiring, and job fairs. Coordinate with regional HR and store managers for smooth onboarding. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring processes. Requirements Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR systems. Interest in retail operations and high-volume recruitment. What You'll Gain Hands-on experience in high-volume retail hiring .
