• Orchestrate the Interview Journey – Coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and keep the hiring process moving like clockwork.
• Screen with Purpose – Shortlist candidates who are not just a skills match, but also a culture fit.
• Keep Our Talent Engine Organized – Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system so we always know where things stand.
• Boost Our Employer Brand – Help create compelling job postings, social media content, and campaigns that make GoKwik the workplace of choice.
