About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources while contributing to the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements for various roles.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and other innovative recruitment methods.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• A keen interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
