Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting with full-life cycle recruiting, supporting the hiring process, and enhancing employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting interviews, sourcing and screening candidates, and maintaining candidate databases. The intern will also help with creating and posting job advertisements.

Qualifications

Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
Experience in Interviewing and maintaining candidate relationships
Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Interest in the talent acquisition and human resources fields
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
