Candidates who have attended an interview for the IT Recruiter role at OSI Digital within the last 12 months are not eligible.

Position:

Preferred male candidates.

About the Role

Responsibilities

Post job openings across relevant platforms, collect and analyze resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate progression through different hiring stages.
Contribute to contact building, employer branding, and research activities that expand opportunities for job seekers.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and prepare regular management reports.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in
Human Resource Management
or a related field.
13 years
of experience in
IT recruitment
.
Strong
communication skills
oral, written, and interpersonal.
Familiarity with
Google search, social media platforms, job portals, blogs
, and publishing tools (Office 365, Google Docs, etc.) is preferred.
Knowledge of
computer software or programming languages
is an added advantage.
