Currently we have an opening for the position of Executive- Talent Acquisition. We are looking for an candidate with experience in Talent Acquisition. The roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to: Understanding the hiring requirements, source and share the profiles accordingly. Work on the positions assigned by the Team Lead. Ensure that the deliverables are met and ensure that the positions are closed within the stipulated time Coordinate with the candidates and the hiring manager for the interviews. Ensure that the offer and the onboarding of the candidate happens as per the schedule. Prepare and submit the reports on time. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Other details: The work location is Kothrud, Pune. Candidates must be willing to work from office. Working days: Monday to Saturday with an off on 2nd & 4th Saturday. Weekly off on Sunday
