Currently we have an internal opening for the position of Team Lead- Talent Acquisition. This position shall be Operating as the single point of contact for all matters relating to Talent Acquisition (Permanent & Contract) for the clients assigned. Job Responsibilities include and shall not be limited to: Talent Acquisition & Team Management Receive and acknowledge the position received from the client Work on the position or allocate the position internally, thru the Delivery Head Provide brief to the team member to whom the position has been allocated Maintain and track the timelines on positions worked upon Review, check, reject and forward the resumes to the clients along with the tracker Follow up for shortlisting for the positions worked on based on the timelines Arranging interviews of the shortlisted candidates and sharing the schedule with the client. Providing necessary support to the team incase it is allocated. On shortlisting ensure smooth sharing of documentation with the client and the candidate For contractual candidate, ensure the salary structure and other details are shared with the client promptly For Contractual candidate, ensure the approval / PO is received before offer is made to the candidate. Incase of Cummins, ensure that the quotation / PO includes identification fees as a line item. On acceptance of offer by the candidate, ensure the documentation is completed and the candidate is kept warm On joining of the candidate for permanent or contractual position, send an intimation communication to the client For contractual position, send out a welcome mail to the candidate and share the details of the SPOC from TFS HR- Ops team Ensure that the identification / recruitment invoice is shared with the client as per the agreed timelines. Communication Share the communication received from clients with the team, if allocated internally Ensure all the responses to the client are prompt and well drafted by you All responses to the client will only originate from you or only from seniors based on escalation. Share the monthly MIS with the client, as designed Share the monthly MIS with the TFS Management Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet our targets and the client requirements. Visit the client periodically to maintain client relationships. Internally support our Operations team to resolving outstanding issues and operational issues. Other details: Work from Office, Kothrud. Office timing: 9 am to 6 pm with alternate saturday off. Weekly off on Sunday
