Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and support the recruitment of qualified Academic Counselors. The TA Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates who are well-suited for the academic counseling positions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the talent needs within the academic sector. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end recruitment process for Academic Counselors, from job posting to onboarding. LinkedIn Headhunting and Database calling from Job Portals Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, university recruitment fairs, and employee referrals. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for academic counseling roles. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare candidates for interviews. Manage and maintain a candidate database for future hiring needs, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient and streamlined. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate specifications. Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to ensure recruitment goals are met. Conduct reference checks and background verifications on potential hires. Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Assist in organizing and conducting job fairs or recruitment events to attract top talent. Support the onboarding process by providing candidates with relevant documents and ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. Key Skills 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the education or counseling sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools. Ability to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies and job boards. Experience in campus recruitment and hiring for academic or student-centered roles is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruiting academic counselors or educational staff. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations within the education sector.
