Job Title: Admissions & Mobilisation Manager – Japan Training Programs (SSW)
Location: Remote (preferred: Bangalore or South India-based)

Compensation: Industry-standard fixed + performance-based commission

At Zenro, we empower Indian youth by preparing them for international job opportunities, with a strong focus on Japan’s SSW (Specified Skilled Worker) program. We identify and train high-potential candidates in sectors such as auto servicing, truck driving, caregiving, and warehouse operations, equipping them with language skills and job readiness for successful placement in Japan.
We are growing rapidly and looking for a mission-driven Admissions & Mobilisation Manager to help us source, evaluate, and onboard the next generation of global workers.
What You'll Do
Source and Screen Candidates: Identify the right-fit aspirants across India who can commit to our 6-month training program
Educate and Engage: Communicate the benefits and challenges of working in Japan to candidates and their families; explain training, placement, and migration process
Drive Enrolments: Ensure quality admissions into our batches (20–25 candidates per cohort), focusing on candidate mindset, commitment, and cultural fit
Support Documentation & Onboarding: Guide selected candidates through the necessary paperwork, orientation, and pre-training process
Coordinate Internally: Work closely with Zenro’s training and placement teams to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met
Maintain CRM & Reporting: Track leads, update progress reports, and ensure accurate data entry using spreadsheets or CRM tools
Who We're Looking For
2–3 years of experience in recruitment, admissions, EdTech, vocational training, or talent mobilisation
Fluent in English, Hindi, and one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and convey tough realities (e.g., cultural adjustment, training discipline)
Familiarity with managing large lead pipelines and using CRMs/Google Sheets for candidate tracking
Experience in blue-collar hiring, SSW recruitment, or international mobility programs is a strong plus
Highly self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with discipline and ownership mindset
