We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team and handle end-to-end recruitment.  Job Description As an HR Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the BPO sector. Your focus will be to attract, source, screen, and onboard the right talent that fits our organizational culture and business needs. Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various BPO roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role requirements. Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate further rounds with stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate interviews and ensure timely feedback. Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities and onboarding. Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management. Work closely with HR team for seamless induction and integration of new hires. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
