If you have strong GDS knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales, this is your opportunity to soar high in your career! 🚀 About the Role: As a Travel Consultant, you’ll assist UK-based customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and fare queries — ensuring smooth and satisfying travel experiences every time. Key Responsibilities: Handle flight booking and reservation inquiries for UK-based customers. Use GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) to search, book, and manage flight itineraries. Upsell and cross-sell travel products to maximize revenue. Provide accurate fare quotes and ensure excellent customer service. Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations. Requirements: Mandatory: GDS experience (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre). Prior experience in travel sales or flight booking (voice process). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
