About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Travel Sales Consultants who are skilled in Amadeus GDS and comfortable working in a Canada travel sales process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flight bookings, itinerary planning, and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries
• Create, modify, and cancel reservations using Amadeus GDS
• Provide customized flight options and holiday solutions to Canadian customers
• Upsell/add-on travel services when applicable
• Maintain high-quality customer service during night shift
• Resolve ticketing issues, fare discrepancies, and schedule changes

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in travel sales
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work night shift
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Experience with Canada or US travel process is a plus
