Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing personalized travel consulting and creating customized holiday packages. Key responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, handling reservations, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including understanding customer requirements and providing tailored travel solutions
• Skills in Travel Management, including planning and coordinating travel itineraries
• Experience in handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations efficiently and accurately
• Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional travel assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while ensuring client satisfaction
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
