Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will help clients plan and book unforgettable travel experiences while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets. If you have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and expectations.
  • Recommend and sell travel packages, flights, accommodations, tours, and travel insurance.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options, and itinerary planning.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with potential and existing clients to close sales and encourage repeat bookings.

Booking & Coordination

  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including reservations, payment processing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other partners to secure bookings.
  • Ensure accuracy in all bookings and confirmations.

Client Support

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients with travel changes, cancellations, and special arrangements when required.
  • Provide guidance on visas, travel requirements, and industry updates.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain organized client records and booking details in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, booking trends, and customer feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of major travel destinations, airlines, and booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
