Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients by offering expert travel consulting services, managing travel plans, and handling reservations. Daily tasks include creating travel itineraries, arranging logistics for individual and group travelers, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors is an integral part of the role to meet customer expectations efficiently. Qualifications Experience in Travel Consulting and creating personalized travel solutions. Proficiency in Travel Management and arranging comprehensive travel itineraries. Strong skills in making Travel Arrangements, including bookings and logistics. Background in providing excellent Customer Service and handling reservations promptly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in relevant travel reservation systems and tools is an advantage. Previous experience in the travel industry and a passion for travel and exploring destinations are highly desirable.
