About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Travel Consultant with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our team during day shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and car rentals

Offer expert advice on travel destinations, products, and services

Customize travel packages to meet client needs and budget

Use GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) to book and manage travel

Ensure smooth travel experiences by resolving issues or last-minute changes

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, safety guidelines, and destination updates

Upsell travel insurance, upgrades, and additional services where applicable

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person during day shift hours

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role

Proficiency in at least one GDS system .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for travel and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
