Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing travel-related assistance and services to clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries - Providing recommendations on destinations, accommodations, and activities - Handling reservations and ticketing for flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements - Resolving any issues or concerns related to travel bookings - Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively Please note that this is a full-time position with a fixed shift schedule from 10 am to 6 pm, with Sundays off.
