Travel Consultant

Role Overview : We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in selling domestic & international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling leads, designing itineraries, preparing quotations, closing sales, and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound leads and outbound calls for domestic & international holiday enquiries. Understand customer preferences and design customised tour itineraries. Prepare accurate holiday quotations, costings, and package proposals. Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by offering the best travel solutions. Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Provide pre-travel and post-travel support to customers. Maintain follow-up trackers, CRM entries, and daily sales reports. Stay updated on travel trends, visa rules, airline routes, and seasonal offers. Upsell and cross-sell value-added services (sightseeing, transfers, insurance, etc.). Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages. Strong knowledge of popular destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Bali, Thailand, Maldives, Europe, India sectors, etc. Ability to create itineraries and costings independently. Excellent communication & convincing skills. Strong understanding of hotels, flights, transfers, and sightseeing options. Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office / WhatsApp / Email communication. Knowledge of DMC portals, booking engines, or GDS is an added advantage. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
