International Travel Consultant (India Tour Packages) - Bangalore

You will be working as an International Travel Consultant specializing in India tour packages, joining a dynamic team in Bangalore. With at least 1 year of experience in travel sales and operations, you will be responsible for crafting customized itineraries for international destinations such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bali, Dubai, and domestic destinations like Kerala, Goa, Himachal, Kashmir, Andaman, and more. Your role will require excellent communication skills in Hindi and Kannada, a passion for travel, and a strong sales-driven approach. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries for various India tour packages, converting leads into confirmed bookings through different communication channels, providing tailored travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget, and upselling additional services such as hotel upgrades, guided tours, and activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, liaising with vendors for seamless execution, ensuring accurate preparation and delivery of all travel documents, and resolving customer issues before, during, and after trips. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on top Indian destinations, recommend unique experiences, monitor competitor packages and pricing strategies, gather customer feedback to improve service quality, and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business. Mandatory qualifications for this role include at least 1 year of experience in travel sales/operations, fluency in Hindi and Kannada (spoken/written), and strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of GDS systems or travel booking platforms, familiarity with India's tourism trends, and the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
