You will also need to foster relationships with industry partners such as luxury hotels, tour operators, and private jet companies. Additionally, overseeing all travel logistics, addressing client issues or emergencies, ensuring quality control, and gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations with a focus on luxury travel or HNI clientele. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and travel booking systems. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this position.
