As an Assistant Manager (Operations) in the Luxury Escapade department based in New Delhi, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients and ensuring the flawless execution of travel arrangements for our esteemed High Net Worth clients. Your key responsibilities will include client coordination, itinerary planning, supplier management, logistics management, problem-solving, quality control, and post-travel follow-up. You will work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand the specific travel preferences and requirements of HNI clients. It will be your responsibility to maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the travel journey. You will design and execute detailed and customized travel itineraries that offer unique experiences, coordinating with airlines, hotels, local guides, and other service providers to ensure flawless execution. Negotiating rates and ensuring high-quality services from vendors, including airlines, luxury hotels, transportation, and tour operators will be crucial in your role. You will also need to foster relationships with industry partners such as luxury hotels, tour operators, and private jet companies. Additionally, overseeing all travel logistics, addressing client issues or emergencies, ensuring quality control, and gathering customer feedback for continuous improvement will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations with a focus on luxury travel or HNI clientele. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and travel booking systems. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this position. Experience in Hotel contracting, vendor management, and reading contracts will be beneficial. You should also have proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight timelines. Experience in handling FIT/customization for various destinations like Europe, America, Africa, ANZ, South America, Canada, CIS, Scandinavia, Asia, Islands, Middle East, etc., as specified, will be a must for the respective positions available. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if required, is also expected.,
