Receptionist (Fresher)

You will be joining a dynamic team as a Receptionist at our organization located in Sarabhai Main Road, Vadodara, Gujarat. As the first point of contact, your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming and organized environment. Your main responsibilities will include warmly greeting and welcoming visitors with a professional demeanor, ensuring their comfort, and addressing any inquiries promptly. Additionally, you will efficiently handle incoming calls, redirect them to the appropriate department, manage voicemail messages, and maintain a presentable front desk area. In terms of administrative support, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing mail, and providing general assistance to various departments. Moreover, you will manage visitor access, ensure security protocols are followed, and deliver excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and accurately. To excel in this role, you should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations. While prior experience in similar roles is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite will be a plus.
