Role Overview: As a Luxury Travel Coordinator, you will manage the operations and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional travel experiences to esteemed High Net Worth clients. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of travel arrangements, ensuring precision, efficiency, and personalized service. This role requires a strong understanding of the travel industry, attention to detail & problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities: - Client Coordination: Work closely with the sales and client servicing teams to understand the specific travel preferences and requirements of HNI clients. Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the travel journey. - Itinerary Planning: Design and execute detailed and customized travel itineraries that offer unique experiences. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local guides, and other service providers to ensure flawless execution. - Supplier Management & Relationship Building: Negotiate rates and ensure high-quality services from vendors, including airlines, luxury hotels, transportation, and tour operators. Foster relationships with industry partners (luxury hotels, tour operators, private jet companies, etc.). - Logistics Management: Oversee all travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers, and special requests to ensure smooth, on-time service. - Problem-Solving: Address any client issues or emergencies that may arise during travel, ensuring a quick and effective resolution to maintain client satisfaction. Work on improving turnaround time (TAT) for service delivery. - Quality Control: Ensure all services provided meet the high standards expected by HNI clientele, from the moment of booking to post-trip feedback. Conduct thorough quality checks on all bookings, verifying accuracy and adherence to client preferences. - Post-Travel Follow-Up: Gather customer feedback and reviews, analyze service standards and identify areas for improvement. Compile operational reports and statistics. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations, with a focus on luxury travel or HNI clientele. - Bachelor's degree. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM, travel booking systems, Online agency portals etc. - Excellent communication skills for coordinating with B2B vendors and high-profile clients. - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure. - Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if required. - Experience in Hotel contracting, Vendor management, should be able to read contracts. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight timelines.,
