Talent Acquisition Executive – IT Hiring

Location: Hybrid | Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 years in domestic IT recruitment

Salary Range: 2.4LPA- 3.6LPA

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our recruitment engine and build outstanding IT teams. This role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to grow in a tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (from screening to onboarding)
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Source and screen candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Coordinate with vendors and manage vendor mining to expand our partner network
• Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure seamless candidate experience
• Maintain and update candidate database and track recruitment pipeline
• Prepare reports and dashboards for hiring progress and vendor performance

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in domestic IT hiring
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening expertise
• Solid understanding of tech stacks, IT roles, and hiring trends
• Experience in vendor coordination and vendor mining
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Having good experience with Staff argumentation

• candidate shall be well versed with Talent acquisition software's like Zoho Recruit Etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with accuracy and speed
