Job Summary

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Execute high-volume hiring campaigns while maintaining time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements, prioritize openings, and align on hiring strategy.
  • Own vendor management for contingent staffing and external recruitment partners: select vendors, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure SLAs and compliance.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, talent pools) and proactively build pipelines for recurring roles.
  • Screen candidates for skills, culture fit, and readiness; conduct behavioral and technical phone or video interviews when required.
  • Coordinate interview processes across stakeholders, manage feedback loops, and drive timely hiring decisions.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS and other systems of record; ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy policies.
  • Produce and analyze recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) using Excel and ATS reporting tools to inform improvements.
  • Manage offer processes, background checks, and onboarding logistics to ensure smooth candidate transition into the organization.
  • Prioritize workload effectively, manage competing deadlines, and escalate risks or bottlenecks to hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of recruitment processes, including vendor playbooks, interview guides, and onboarding checklists.

Skills / Abilities

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, ideally with exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring and high-volume recruiting.
  • Strong vendor management skills, including vendor selection, performance monitoring, and relationship building.
  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking recruitment metrics (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools; ability to maintain accurate candidate data.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable negotiating offers and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Good interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based techniques.
  • Results-oriented with an emphasis on candidate experience, quality of hire, and process efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, including high-volume hiring and vendor management.
  • Proven experience with Excel and ATS tools; strong track record managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
