Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles at ACT Fibernet. The role involves high-volume hiring, coordination with business teams, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions such as Sales, Operations, Customer Support, Field Executives, Collection, Retention, and other frontline roles.

Handle bulk hiring requirements by using multiple sourcing channels (Job portals, Social media, Employee referrals, Hiring drives, Consultancies, etc.).

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates based on job fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Organize and manage mass hiring events, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.

Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure positions are closed within defined SLAs.

Negotiate salary and issue offers in line with internal guidelines.

Ensure excellent candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.

Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers, and daily reports.

Build strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Support onboarding, documentation, and background verification coordination.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).

15 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Non-IT or bulk hiring.

Strong experience in sourcing and screening candidates for volume hiring.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
