Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition (HR Executive) with 3 to 10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include forecasting hiring needs, building a strong talent pipeline, and leading a team of recruiters by providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies. Additionally, you will conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the offer process, including salary negotiation. Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, optimizing processes and tools to enhance the candidate experience, and collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs are also key aspects of your role. You will ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and policies, promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices, and oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably with advanced degrees. Strong communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills are essential, along with fluency in English and potentially other languages. Experience in leading and managing teams, working in a fast-paced environment, and managing relationships with external stakeholders is required. Knowledge of global hiring regulations, talent acquisition processes, and relevant technology is important, as well as possessing soft skills such as an analytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and the ability to translate insights into action. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kolkata with day shift or morning shift schedules. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role.
