Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing organisation operating in the IT services & software development sector, delivering product engineering and technology solutions to domestic and global clients. We are hiring for an on-site Talent Acquisition role that will drive high-volume and strategic hiring across engineering, product, and business functions in India.Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding for on-site hires across India.
- Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), employee referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build job descriptions, set hiring timelines, and align on candidate evaluation criteria.
- Manage the ATS (track pipeline, update candidate statuses, run recruitment reports) and maintain high data quality for hiring metrics and SLAs.
- Drive a positive candidate experience: schedule timely interviews, provide feedback, manage offers and negotiate compensation to close top talent.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives; participate in recruitment drives and build talent pools for future needs.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in India—preferably within IT/tech or fast-growing product firms.
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals (Naukri, Indeed) and working knowledge of at least one ATS.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate-negotiation skills; comfortable working on-site and meeting hiring SLAs.
Preferred
- Experience hiring for engineering, product, data or sales roles and exposure to campus hiring or high-volume drives.
- Data-oriented approach with experience tracking recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, time-to-offer, pipeline conversion) and basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting.
