Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist
Location: [Lower Parel - Mumbai]
Experience: 1–3 years (Retail hiring preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level, corporate, and regional roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate further rounds.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.

Skills Required:

Experience in bulk hiring & niche hiring for the retail sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
