Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Lucknow branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates — particularly in SAP and IT domains — while collaborating closely with department heads and HR leadership. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for SAP, IT, and Non-IT roles. Develop job descriptions and post openings across various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Source candidates using job portals, social media, AI tools, and professional networks. Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication. Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards using Excel and internal HR systems. Support HR team in onboarding, documentation, and induction processes. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, or related field. 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT or SAP hiring domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting. Familiarity with AI recruitment tools, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant databases.
