Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Lucknow (Initial training at office, followed by Remote / Work from Home) Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST Experience Required: 0–1 Year Industry: IT Products & Services About the Company:AIRDIT Software Services Pvt. We work closely with global enterprises across industries like Pharma, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Utilities. Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with strong communication skills and a neutral/US accent. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about IT, willing to learn, and capable of handling client interactions independently in a B2B setup. Freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:Interact with international clients (primarily USA-based) via phone, email, and chat Understand client requirements and explain IT products and services Generate and qualify leads; coordinate demos with the technical team Maintain CRM data and follow up on warm leads. Stay updated with product knowledge, training materials, and industry trends Support the Sales team in proposal preparation and documentation Required Skills and Qualifications:0–1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Engagement (IT industry preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication in English with a neutral or US accent Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to handle calls independently Basic understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, or software services (preferred) Willingness to learn and grow within the IT sales domain Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) Exposure to global enterprise clients Opportunity to learn and work with the latest IT technologies Growth-oriented environment with ongoing training and mentorship Performance-based incentives
