Ability to work with corporate teams across different sectors. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer, L&D Consultant, Faculty, or Coach . Strong expertise in at least one training domain (soft skills / leadership / sales / HR / technical / software tools / communication). Excellent communication, facilitation, and public-speaking skills. Ability to handle diverse participants and drive engaging learning sessions. Experience in creating training modules, presentations, and assessment materials. Familiarity with LMS platforms, AI-enabled learning tools , virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet), and digital content delivery. Professional certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP, Leadership Coaching) are a plus.
