Corporate Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver corporate training programs (online or onsite) based on client needs.
  
• Conduct training sessions on topics such as

  soft skills, leadership, communication, customer service, sales, HR skills, digital skills, compliance, or technical domains

  .
• Customize training content, presentations, case studies, assessments, and exercises to suit diverse learners.
  
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assignments, and assessments.
  
• Collaborate with the internal team to align training content with organizational learning goals.
  
• Maintain detailed reports on training attendance, performance, and learner progress.
  
• Provide post-training support and coaching if required.
  
• Stay updated with modern training methodologies, e-learning tools, and emerging learning trends (AI tools, LMS platforms, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a

  Corporate Trainer, L&D Consultant, Faculty, or Coach

  .
• Strong expertise in at least one training domain (soft skills / leadership / sales / HR / technical / software tools / communication).
  
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
  
• Ability to handle diverse participants and drive engaging learning sessions.
  
• Experience in creating training modules, presentations, and assessment materials.
  
• Familiarity with

  LMS platforms, AI-enabled learning tools

  , virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet), and digital content delivery.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Train the Trainer, NLP, Leadership Coaching) are a plus.
