Role Overview

proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive

The TA Executive will play a key role in ensuring Stirrup attracts and hires the right talent, builds a strong talent pipeline, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience all while supporting the organisation's growth and culture.

About the Role:

Talent Acquisition (Core Responsibility)

  • Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles across departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers

    to understand business requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines

    through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a

    positive and professional candidate experience

    throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track, analyze, and report

    recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
  • Effectively utilize

    ATS systems and hiring platforms

    (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to manage applications and drive results.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct

    structured induction programs

    to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Ensure

    all documentation, compliance, and HR formalities

    are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as a

    point of contact for new employees

    during their initial months to address queries and ensure a positive experience.
