As a Talent Acquisition Executive at IMS Group, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified candidates matching the requirements from clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates from various job portals and social networking sites - Screening candidates according to the job description - Maintaining professional email communication with candidates - Coordinating with recruited candidates for scheduling interviews - Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation on all candidate conversations - Managing reports and databases of candidates - Managing the sourcing process specifically for Engineering candidates - Implementing and executing recruiting programs to attract Engineers - Building a strong pipeline of qualified Engineering candidates - Working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions promptly - Supporting recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, organizing travel arrangements, and reserving conference rooms - Providing an exceptional candidate experience to all candidates - Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System Key Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Proficiency in screening and sourcing candidates - Ability to build and maintain strong networks - Recruitment experience - Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools Join IMS Group in Ahmedabad (WFO) and make a difference in the recruitment process by bringing in top talent efficiently and effectively.,
