We are seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to manage and scale the hiring for our core growth function: Business. This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for securing high-calibre talent to drive Dezerv's market expansion and next phase of growth.
● Stakeholder Partnership & Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and ensure alignment throughout the hiring lifecycle. Drive effective communication, manage expectations, and facilitate timely and informed decision-making.
● Full-Cycle Pipeline Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process exclusively for Business roles (e.g., Business Development Associates, Client Financial Partners and Client Growth Partners).
● Expert Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent, focusing on experience in FinTech, Wealth Management, or financial services.
● Assessment & Qualification: Conduct rigorous screening to evaluate candidate alignment on experience, skill sets, and cultural fit.
● Offer & Negotiation: Lead the offer-extension and negotiation process to ensure successful closures.
● System Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (MyNextHire) for data integrity and business reporting.
● Employment Type: This is a contractual role.
● Experience: 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically focused on Business and growth-oriented roles within a high-growth startup, preferably in Consumer Tech or FinTech.
● Stakeholder Acumen: Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with senior business stakeholders, translating organizational goals into measurable talent outcomes.
● Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of business development methodologies and the key competencies required for success in market-expansion and client acquisition roles.
● Operational Skills: Proficiency with advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SignalHire) and strong organizational skills necessary to manage multiple high-priority pipelines concurrently.
● Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills essential for building credible relationships with both candidates and internal teams. ● Agility: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and swiftly adapt to evolving business priorities.
