Job Description

Role: Talent Acquisition

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with the HR team on onboarding and documentation as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience (IT hiring).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
