We are looking for a dynamic HR Associate to join our growing team in Pune. This role will primarily focus on Talent Acquisition, playing a key part in attracting and hiring exceptional talent that aligns with our company’s vision.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent Acquisition:

    Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Sourcing:

    Attract top-tier talent by advertising on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media, leveraging your network, and engaging referrals.
  • Candidate Management:

     Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates, managing the entire interview process from scheduling to feedback.
  • Employer Branding:

     Help build and nurture our talent pipeline for future growth. Support employer branding initiatives that showcase KOSA's unique culture.
  • Onboarding & Compliance:

    Assist in seamless onboarding and induction processes, and support HR operations, including background checks, documentation, and compliance.
  • Data & Reporting:

     Track key recruitment metrics and generate hiring reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Provide support for day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.


PROFILE

  • Experience:

     1 -3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a Generalist role.
  • Industry

    : Background in Beauty, Retail, Hospitality preferred.
  • Skills

    : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive results-oriented mindset, Proficient in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Degree

    : Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource or related field.
