Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles across industries.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and culture fit.
• Write compelling job descriptions and create outreach campaigns.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative methods.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and clear communication at every stage.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
• Ability to balance multiple open roles and deadlines.
• Curiosity about global hiring and working across industries.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset – you like getting things done.
• Comfort working in a startup-style, fast-moving environment.
