Job Description

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate for our Pune location. This role offers a stipend of 15,000 per month with a service agreement of 18 months (6 months internship + 12 months as FTE .)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing end to end recruitment life cycle

Design & update job descriptions of the existing profiles

Source potential candidates from various job portals that matches the desired skills

Find the best possible source of recruitment to close the open position

Has to be proactive in all the approach

Should be able to manage employee engagement

Should have creative ideas in implementing employee engagement activities
