What You’ll D

• Partner with hiring managers to plan and launch roles aligned to business needs.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current & future requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Drive employer branding through professional candidate engagement.
• Track & report recruiting metrics; leverage insights to improve hiring strategies.
• Ensure process efficiency and recruitment best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience:

  3+ years in corporate recruitment across diverse functions.

• Skills:

  Strong sourcing techniques, ATS (ZOHO or similar), and job portal expertise (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and deliver against tight timelines.
• Education: Master’s in Human Resources (preferred).
