If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love to solve infrastructure challenges with automation and innovation—this is for y ou. 🌟 What You’ll GetDirect Impact: Be at the forefront of shaping our DevOps culture and infrastructure strat egy.Innovation-First Culture: Work on modern stacks involving LLMOps, MLOps, and Generative AI.Career Growth: Take ownership, mentor others, and grow alongside a high-performing t eam.Flexible Environment: Work remotely with a team that values autonomy, curiosity, and outco mes. 🔧 Key Responsibil itiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on AWS.Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, automating deployment workf lows.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jen kins.Own monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to maintain visibility into system he alth.Solve system bottlenecks, improve performance, and enable high availability for critical serv ices.Lead or participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless postmor tems.Support application deployment, configuration, and infrastructure integration for dev t eams.Automate repetitive tasks, including provisioning, environment setup, and user manage ment.Ensure security and compliance across infrastructure, with attention to standards like SOC2 or PCI -DSS.Mentor junior engineers and advocate for DevOps best practices across the org. 💼 Required Skills & Expe rience3–6 years in a DevOps, SRE, or Infra Engineering role.Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Ac tions)Proficient in Terraform / Ansible / CloudFormation, Docker & Kube rnetesStrong knowledge of PostgreSQL & MongoDB, including tuning and HA/DRFamiliar with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafan a, ELKSkilled in Python scripting and infrastructure auto mationSolid understanding of security best practices in cloud enviro nmentsExcellent problem-solving and collaboration skills with a focus on auto mation 🔒 Security & Compliance (Bonus)Experience with SOC2, PCI-DSS, or similar compliance fram eworks.Hands-on with secure deployments, VPN setups, and access co ntrols. 🚀 Preferred Qualif icationsPrevious role as Lead SRE / DevOps / D evSecOpsExperience with on-call rotations for critical systemsDeep understanding of incident response and conducting pos tmortems Ready to Build the Future with Us?At Coschool, your work will power the next generation of learning through AI.
