We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent, while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements
Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines
Support in employer branding initiatives

Requirements:
