Key Responsibilities:Visit colleges and educational institutions regularly to pitch company offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Deans, and other key stakeholdersIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships in the education sectorAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsRepresent the company at campus events, career fairs, and other educational forumsPrepare and present business proposals, demos, and presentationsCoordinate with the internal team for timely delivery of services/productsMaintain a detailed record of field visits, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools Key Requirements:Proven experience in B2B or institutional sales (education sector preferred)Strong communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel extensively for field visitsAbility to work independently and handle pressureFamiliarity with local colleges and universities is a plusProficient in MS Office and CRM tools
