Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

2. Channel & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Provide support for product placement, inventory planning, and dispute resolution.
Conduct joint business planning and periodic performance reviews with key channel partners.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

Monitor market trends and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for expansion.
Provide continuous market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.

4. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve defined goals.
Train and mentor sales staff and channel partners on products, market positioning, and sales techniques.
Set clear sales targets, review performance, and ensure timely action plans for improvement.
