Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

2. Channel & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Provide support for product placement, inventory planning, and dispute resolution.
  • Conduct joint business planning and periodic performance reviews with key channel partners.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets for expansion.
  • Provide continuous market feedback and insights to support product development and marketing initiatives.

4. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve defined goals.
  • Train and mentor sales staff and channel partners on products, market positioning, and sales techniques.
  • Set clear sales targets, review performance, and ensure timely action plans for improvement.
