Talent Acquisition Associate


Key Responsibilities:


  • Driving candidate sourcing across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Running outbound campaigns for niche roles (e.g., Marketing, Customer Experience) and engaging with passive talent through personalized outreach.
  • Managing and optimizing inbound applications while screening and evaluating candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
  • Tracking and updating hiring data trackers and providing insights to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce TAT.
  • Maintaining applicant tracking systems and implementing best practices in hiring operations, candidate experience, and diversity.


An ideal candidate would have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven expertise in outbound sourcing and LinkedIn recruitment.
  • A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences while driving impactful hiring processes.
